iPads! & A Math test this Thursday!

On Friday we got to play with our new iPads. They were purchased through a special funding program that I applied for last year. We will be using the iPads to support our math learning and to create multi-media presentations. Watch for more coming up!

On Thursday we starte to learn how to use FRAMES, a stop-motion software program for digital story telling. We will be creating our own animations of stories in the near future, once we learn how to use the program. For more information about the program follow this link to Tech4Learning.

There will be a math test this Thursday for both grades.

The students have been given a test outline. We will review in class and they will get take home review questions that are modeled from the test tomorrow.

    How many ipads do you have? and we also have ipads in our school!
    Did you buy the ipads? When we finished work only sometimes we can play on the ipads and i would like to tell you my favourite game it’s classroom games!

    We have two ipads in our class. The games we play are Bluster, Puppet Pals and iMovie. We play Puppet Pals in our work station activities.

    Dear Miss Littles Class,
    Was that test hard with the ipads in your class room? Did you work with a parnter as well? When we done tests we did not work with parters. We had to work by our selfs on our desk with a clip board beteen us.
